I purchased a used 2021 Honda CRV at White Plains Honda. I wanted to register the car in Florida. My salesperson, Elvio Ruiz Díaz took full responsibility for all the necessary paperwork to make that happ I wanted to register the car in Florida. He was pleasant to work with, answered all of our questions, and was very professional. My only problem was with the detailing of the car. Initially, It was not completely cleaned inside but when I pointed this out to Elvio, he sent it back to be redone and when it was presented to us again, it was perfect. Car looks brand new! More

Went to White Plains Honda (NY) today for a trade in, everyone was very helpful and friendly. They didn't have a car I wanted there but they found one in another place. The old car had an alarm to be rem everyone was very helpful and friendly. They didn't have a car I wanted there but they found one in another place. The old car had an alarm to be removed by a company down the street and they drove over and changed the plates so after the paperwork I drove home with the new car the same day after getting coached on the controls and getting my phone synced with the car.Thanks to Bob, Alex, Raquel, Chris and others, Mike.
