Miguel was very attentive and took care to understand what I needed and wanted. He worked hard to make the buying experience go smoothly on a tight timeframe. (I met him late Thursday afternoon, and drove my car home midday on Friday.) On the way home I had a problem with the dashboard display, signalling that tire pressure was low. I went to my local mechanic who filled and checked the tires, but could not turn off the warning. I called Miguel in a busy time Friday afternoon, and he called back on his way home from work, working with me on FaceTime, until the problem was eliminated. The only waste of time in my experience was an hour or so spent waiting and talking to a finance manager (?) who tried to sell me warranty package. I had made clear that I was not interested, and I understand that it is an income producer for Honda, but I thought it was a waste of time and paper to have to sign a disclaimer saying that I did NOT want the product. More

I contacted them on a Monday, looking to have delivery by that Friday, and they found the right CR-V for me and Emir delivered it pe tight timeframe.
