With this current automobile inventory shortage, looking for a car that I would be happy with at a reasonable price was so stressful. I dropped by White Plains Honda to look at a car that I knew was essenti for a car that I would be happy with at a reasonable price was so stressful. I dropped by White Plains Honda to look at a car that I knew was essentially everything I wanted in a vehicle (I got every feature except the exterior color that I wanted.. but second best color is not bad for everything else:). Dahoemis Castillo helped me out and was very transparent about the vehicles available now and in the coming weeks. She was straight to the point and worked with me to feel good about my purchase. When I then spoke with Chris Paranzino about pricing, I felt as though he was being fair, transparent, and blunt (in a good way) about the best deal he could give me for my car. I felt pressured but not overly so about buying my car and I could not be more excited about my new Accord Touring Hybrid! More

Horrendous. Do not buy a car from these crooks. We purchased a CPO vehicle. The check engine light came on. The "D" light began flashing. This signifies a transm Do not buy a car from these crooks. We purchased a CPO vehicle. The check engine light came on. The "D" light began flashing. This signifies a transmission issue. We took it in for servicing. Honda held the car for three days. They didn't fix the car. They had ANGEL, from the service department, contact us to try and sell us brakes and rotors. Instead of fixing the issue, they reset the codes to clear the light, and let my wife drive off in an unsafe vehicle. We took it to Greenwich. They serviced the car immediately. You're MUCH better off buying from Greenwich or Tarrytown. More

First off I am excited ! I purchased 2019 Honda Accord ! Its so beautiful. I was a Honda previous owner with 2017 Honda Civic. My experience here was overall satisfied. Whole reason why I gave 4 stars, I first came with an intent to buy a 2018 Honda Accord Touring showed on the website. The representative that we been emailing with , Cyara Quinones told me it is still available, when I came to the lot the dealer told me it’s sold out. I am so disappointed at first, ready to leave the door and purchased either a Buick or Toyota. Here are some auggestions, Please at least email your client that the car is sold out so that when we arrive at the lot we wont be as disappointed. Plus i came all the way from Stamford CT with an uber. My sales rep, Oscar has no clue about the communication I had with her and it’s not his fault. However, Miguel one of the sales rep he asked me to check out the 2019 Honda accord ,he explains the feautures are the same with 2018 accord Touring I want. He stated the differences with Touring, Touring has -leather seat -dashboard screen digital -turbocharged Which is not necessary feautures i need. So once i test drove it, i was in love. All the feautures I wanted in Touring are in this Accord. It’s a smooth purchased overall. Financed guy name Mike was fantastic. We’re think that they want to ‘robbed’ my pocket but he explained one by one and also provides some great advice for my purchased in long run. I am overall satisfied besides that one incident. Definitely would suggest anyone to get in touch with MIGUEL (sales department) he knows alot of knowledge about my car. He also provides 2 complimentary oil changed for me. and MIKE is a fantastic Finance person. The manager is so respectful as well. THANK YOU WHITE PLAINS HONDA for making me stay loyal to Honda. More
