The dealers were rude and aggressive. Instead of being able to negotiate price like a business, they started being rude. The manger even come outside and stsrted yelling. DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR USED VEHICLES IF IT IS NOT A HONDA! I went to #WHITEPLAINSHONDA by 9:20am on Veterans Day(11/11) and out by 2pm with the used Jeep GC Summit I was looking for. Brian @ sales & Al HONDA! I went to #WHITEPLAINSHONDA by 9:20am on Veterans Day(11/11) and out by 2pm with the used Jeep GC Summit I was looking for. Brian @ sales & Alex @ finance were great. 11 days later (11/22) coolant leaks out car overheated. I take the car to their #WHITEPLAINSHONDASERVICECENTER (11/23) where it has been for 16 Days with nothing done. I was told last Tuesday (11/30) the parts were on order. Same day (11/30) I was told they will be ordered upon Sales Manager approval. Today (12/8) I was told by my service rep. "WE HAVE AN APPOINTMENT TO SEND IT TO CHRYSLER BECAUSE OUR TECHNICIANS ARE HONDA TECH'S" THEY NEVER OFFERED A LOANER. FINALLY OFFERED TO HOLD $200 ON MY CREDIT CARD FOR A RENTAL WHICH THEY MENTIONED 2 WEEKS AFTER I HAVE LOST 2 HOURS FROM WORK EVERYDAY AND MONEY GETTING MY FAMILY TO WORK AND SCHOOL I DONT HAVE 2 RED CENTS TO RUB TOGETHER! AND ALL I GET FROM SALES, FINANCE AND SERVICE DEPARTMENTS IS "I'M SORRY." I HAVE 1ST PAYMENT DUE ON THE 12/26. Well 30 days are coming soon and they have had possession longer than me. 16 DAYS AND COUNTING! More
