Completely deceitful, unprofessional, sleazy sales people at this dealership. They operate by promising deals on cars that don't exist, to try and take you off the market. Then they bait and switch saying "s at this dealership. They operate by promising deals on cars that don't exist, to try and take you off the market. Then they bait and switch saying "sorry that car literally just sold but I have a different deal on another car." That car will be a lower package but will cost more. If you read other reviews, other people have experienced the exact same or very similar situation. Seems to be their normal operating procedure. When shopping with my wife, toddler, and newborn they first pulled this switch move on me after we'd agreed on terms and I was driving up to buy the car. Then we made an appointment to take a test drive on that 2nd vehicle that cost more and when we arrived the car didn't exist. Pure waste of time and we drove to the dealership for nothing each time. Then they promised us a price on a car and we told them fine, but we're only coming back if the car's ready, and we can get it at the exact terms discussed. We never heard back from them. These tactics weren't unique, some employees seemed embarrassed to have to go along with the obvious tactics. Managers are pushy and don't care. I heard one of them fast-talking an elderly woman as we were waiting for the test drive of the invisible car. This is clearly the sales process here and I'd encourage anyone to go literally anywhere else if you're looking for a Honda. Can't say anything positive other than that some employees felt embarrassed to have to participate in the ruse they were instructed to go along with. Honda corporate should review this location and implement changes as they reflect extremely poorly on the brand. More
