I just purchased a 2021 pilot touring and the follow up service was excellent. I was not aware of all the car features and made numerous calls to the dealer thinking the car was defective. The General Sa service was excellent. I was not aware of all the car features and made numerous calls to the dealer thinking the car was defective. The General Sales Manager Christopher Paranzino was so wonderful!! He answered all my questions and even gave me his cell number to follow up!! I drove him crazy the first week, but he always took my call and followed up to make sure everything was OK. I would highly recommend both White Plains Honda and Christopher Paranzino! More
