I purchased a 2017 Honda Civic EXL on January 8th, 2021 and went on a road trip the same day. About an hour into the trip, my tire pressure sensor came on. Immediately pulled over and checked all four tire and went on a road trip the same day. About an hour into the trip, my tire pressure sensor came on. Immediately pulled over and checked all four tires and noticed the two rear tires had slash marks on the side wall. I was driving on the highway so there was no way that this damage was done by me. I had the tires replaced once we reached our destination. I called my sales person Brian and he told me that i would have to bring back the car in order to get this fixed with no charge. Being that the car was in an unsafe driving condition, I knew I had to get the two tires replaced. So I did this, and when we returned from our trip on Wednesday the 13th of 2021, I brought the tires to white plains Honda dealership and explained the situation to Christopher M. Paranzino who handled the issue with a swift and easy resolution. Christopher M. Paranzino showed me the up most respect and was able to get my reimbursement with no issue. In my past experiences, I have never had such a great customer service experience. He made me want to buy every honda from now on from white plains Honda dealership.
