1. No available parking, spent about 20 mins trying to find a place to park.. 2. Once inside, I was informed that the person I was supposed to meet with after taking an appointment had left for the day find a place to park.. 2. Once inside, I was informed that the person I was supposed to meet with after taking an appointment had left for the day but he left details with the other manager. 3. Had to wait for almost 1 hour for a salesperson and manager to give intermittent attention. 4. Deal was agreed to and pickup was to be arranged by Friday. 5. On Friday when informed that the vehicle was ready for pick up, I inquired if all necessary paperwork and the check that was to be given to me for the additional amount for my trade was ready. It was expressed to me that it would take 10 days for the check to be issued. This was not acceptable to me, so the delivery was cancelled. This should have been informed the day the deal was agreed to and no one would have had to spend all the additional time for something that would not take place. I was informed by the manager that he would look in to getting the check ready for me the day of when the next delivery would be arranged. He or no one has contacted me since Friday to set this up. Guess it was not meant to be. While the sales person and manager was very courteous and professional, I was not happy with the overall process. In this day and age, it is surprising to me that only the owner of the dealership has the authority to sign checks and holds up a simple process. Hope this will initiate a change. More

I would recommend him to anyone looking to be treated fair and honest. I did not receive this kind of treatment when inquiring to lease at the 3 Brooklyn Honda Dealers. More
