The Best!! White Plains Dealership is the best! I just leased an HR-V Sport from Tyler Stockfield, I was looking at the HR-V but wasn't too sure if that is what White Plains Dealership is the best! I just leased an HR-V Sport from Tyler Stockfield, I was looking at the HR-V but wasn't too sure if that is what I wanted. I have to say that Tyler was so patience with me and very helpful (I'm not that easy in making decisions) and Gabriel Felix was also very patient with me in closing out my lease. Both Tyler and Gabriel were so awesome, the whole staff was wonderful when you walk in they all make you feel so comfortable and are not pushy. I look forward to seeing them when the lease is up couldn't go anywhere else. More

Our Sales Consultant George Schutzer was helpful in finding the specific vehicle we requested and efficient in getting it ready for us to drive home within a couple of hours. Receptionist Keva Pearson was attentive to our needs while it was being prepped and Finance Manager Steve Kahn gave us good advice about the additional coverage we purchased. As always, what brought us back to White Plains Honda was General Manager Chris Paranzino, whom we have dealt with for many years, going back to his days at New Rochelle Honda. Customer loyalty must be earned and we think Chris deserves it because of the way he has always treated us. Whenever we deal with him, we feel that we are getting what we want at a fair price. His knowledge and his personality combine to make what could be a stressful experience a pleasant one. He knows what people need to feel satisfied and, by providing it, he knows there is a good chance they will return. We were happy to see him again and we look forward to seeing him when this lease is up. More

Wonderful service at White Plains Honda I am so pleased I decided to shop at Honda of White Plains. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and it was very busy but I was greeted right away and I am so pleased I decided to shop at Honda of White Plains. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and it was very busy but I was greeted right away and the receptionist sat me down with Teddy. We discussed what I was looking for and Teddy explained all of my options and did not try to push anything that I didn't want. Teddy was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Teddy and Steve from the fiance services worked with me to insure I stayed within my budget and I'm so happy with my experience I walked out with a 2020 Honda Civic that I am so in love with.  More
