Buying a car is a big deal. It's a major purchase, expensive, and if you make a mistake it's not like you can just stick it in a box and return it. I had a Honda Accord, complet It's a major purchase, expensive, and if you make a mistake it's not like you can just stick it in a box and return it. I had a Honda Accord, completely paid off and wasn't sure how to proceed. Dealers have a bad reputation of ripping you off and not giving you what your car is worth. Trying to sell it on CL or FB Marketplace seemed like such a headache. After speaking with a couple people and over thinking for a few weeks, I plunged in and went to my local Honda in White Plains. I already knew what I wanted, the CRV as long as the mileage was reasonable. Jason showed me the one CRV they had and one had just come in that I wasn't able to look at yet so I left, promised to return and I did the very next day. I was really sad when he told me that it was unavailable but then he went onto his computer and looked up some others that he had. Voila! It was a blessing in disguise, I found my perfect ride! I had to haggle the trade in price because I was paying for the rest in cash. All said and done it was all good, just took a while and I went to go sign the rest of the paperwork. When I got there there was a snafu with the warranty which got me riled up but in the end I left with my vehicle happy as a clam It was late and the sun was down so I woke up the next morning like it was Christmas and ran out to check out my car. When I took a walk around it and inspected the inside, I noticed several little dents and scratches but what was the most disturbing was in the armrest there was this really gross sticky substance that just would not come off, the trunk would not close properly, both car keys were out of batteries, a sticky seashell in the pocket of the passenger side, obviously the car had not been detailed. If it wasn't for the trunk not closing correctly I would probably have just let it go. I contacted White Plains Honda and told them about my situation. They told me to come on in and they would take care of it. I had to return three different days to get these things resolved. Although it was frustrating, the managers there really tried their best to take care of my needs. A big shout out to Gil, John and especially Joe. They were patient with me and each other and worked until all issues were taken care of beautifully. I finally got my car one week and one day after I purchased it. This time it really was like Christmas morning, exciting, happy, perfect! Some things are worth the wait and this car certainly was. More

I have bought 2 new cars from this dealership in the past 10 years. Very good experience. I went back last week and purchased a certified used car. There were some issues but the dealership went out of their 10 years. Very good experience. I went back last week and purchased a certified used car. There were some issues but the dealership went out of their way to make it up to me. Elvio who was my sales associate is a great guy. John Uva , sales manager is also a great man. This is why we all go back to the same place, isn’t it? These guys are trying to deliver excellent service after Covid and we all know that it is not easy. So go get your car and bring your patience!! More
