I would give this dealership a zero if there was one. On November 9, 2019 I was ripped off for $1115 for unnecessary expenses on a Honda CRV that had hardly done 22,000 miles. I had brought in the car for winter preparation such as checking the battery and coolant expecting the expenses to be under $100. Instead, the service advisor brought me an estimate of $1000 plus for changes of all kinds of oil such as differential, brake oil,throttle body service, cooling system flush, transmission service and what not on an almost brand new car, When I asked the advisor if all this work was necessary she said yes otherwise the car will end up in a major breakdown. Trusting her I allowed the work though after speaking to a friend I checked the facts on google. None of this work was required until the car had done between 60,000 to 100,000 thousand miles and in some cases never such as changing the brake oil that only needs to be topped up in a functioning vehicle. Differential needs a change after 30,000. And although a complementary mobile oil change was offered before the due date which was some thousand miles away, on receiving the bill I found only the labor was complimentary, I still had to pay $50 for the filter and the oil. I have driven cars for the last fifty five years and never were such unnecessary substances been replaced. The service advisor just took me off guard instilling fear in a woman and that too an immigrant in America. I would be wary of all dealerships but specially this one. The service advisor was a new employee and had to show her efficiency plus get the commission off my back. I’m reading horrendous reviews of this dealership fleecing customers. I’ll be looking for a dependable mechanic. More
