Had a great experience getting my 2016 Tacoma serviced under an extended warranty to fix my AC. TJ the service manager checked out the warranty at my request before coming and communicated well giving me under an extended warranty to fix my AC. TJ the service manager checked out the warranty at my request before coming and communicated well giving me some assurance it would be covered. Dana the service advisor kept me up to date and worked to get the repair covered. The $1125 repair was all covered except for the $100 deductible. They also reprogrammed the TPMS system at the price quoted ($54) and did a Toyota warranty inspection of the frame at no charge. Thanks TJ & Dana! More

Unfortunate, difficult, and drawn-out experience I've made a couple of purchases through this dealership, albeit a number of years ago. Not stellar performance, but certainly acceptable. So when I was in the market for a Certified 4Runner, I figured I'd look 'em up. What an unfortunate mistake. I walked through the door pre-approved and ready to buy. Four days and much aggravation and mis-information later, I walked out the door without a Runner. The inaccuracies in their purchase agreement(s) and failure to correct them were simply too much for my financial institution. And while I struggled to sort it out with the dealership, they sold the vehicle to someone else. Overall a very disappointing experience, and I doubt I'll be back any time soon. More
