The quality of service in the service dept was excellent. Dana is always friendly, pkeasant and accommodating. Waiting 3 and 1/2hours was not an issue ,given the service needed. Unable to wear a mask, I was prepared to sit outside,but was told it was ok to sit in the lounge. After 3hours and 20 minutes of sitting inside , it was indicated that I could not be sitting inside without a mask. Yes, a mask was offered ,but i told them twice I could not wear a mask. It was not so much that I had to move,but the way in which I was approached,that irritated me. My suggestion to you is to have a special place for people who can't wear a mask....seperate from those who can. Outside,enclosed tents would work,too.
