It never felt forced on me even when I was called back 2 weeks later with another offer. A good antedote to his character is that Cole watched my puppy while I took a test drive. I later heard that he played with him and ran him around. I appreciated this most of all because it's one thing to be kind to someone's face, someone you are trying to get a sale out of, but it's something so much more to be a good person when no one is watching (or when you think no one is watching), that showed that he is genuinely a good person and it's not an act. My puppy loved him which is also a good representation of his character. 10/10 recommend Cole. More

With my lease ending I started looking around at my options for my next vehicle. I had reached out to Cole in April and he was very helpful then. In April I was just doing research, in August I was ready to trade. I reached back out and Cole remembered everything about my current situation and responded so quickly to all of my questions (and I had a lot of them). He also made a point to follow up with me often asking if I had any other questions or if there was anything he could help me with. Best customer service I’ve received in the Upper Valley.
