Found what I was looking for! I spent the better part of seven months researching and looking for the truck I wanted for our retirement plans. I looked at six brands, built dozens on websites, searched thru hundreds of dealership truck inventories to pull together all the options I wanted in one package. The push back I received started with being told what I built on their website wasn't what could be ordered to very hard sells to buy what was on the lot. I was about to table my search until Spring when I received an email from Sascha introducing herself to me and letting me know that they guy I had talked to a few weeks before was no longer at the dealership. She asked me if I was still looking for a truck, I replied that I was, but I didn't think she would be able to help me because of the push back I had gotten else wear. She asked for a copy of my list of requirements and told me that she would get right on it. About a day and a half later, she emailed me again asking about a couple of the options, one being cab size. When I responded that the cab size requirement had evolved for my wife and I after taking a test drive in another brand, and was no longer something I was holding a hard line on, she wrote me right back that she had found a couple trucks that came very close to what I was looking for and that WRT could install the ones that were not on this particular truck along with the price for these options! I was and still am very impressed at how quickly she found what I was looking for where others hadn't even called me back after giving them the vin #'s of trucks I found a couple states away! We set up a time where my wife and I could test drive a similar Tundra, get a feel for it, and get the ball rolling on getting the truck she found in house. It took a couple days to get the truck in, a couple more to get everything installed, and before the week was out we were picking up our new truck! The price was where I hoped it would be, but that isn't what sold this truck, it was Sascha following up with me, putting in the effort, and doing exactly what she promised to do. I couldn't ask for a better experience, especially after spend so much time trying to find the right truck on my own. She's the best and I'm grateful that she reached out to me with a couple questions! No push, no false friendship attempt, just a hard working young woman that did and does her job well!! More

Recently WRT began a new system whereby one’s usual service advisor may not be available. Today I returned with another vehicle and the wonderful Kimberli was back at her desk. While just about all the advisors I have worked with over the years have been very good, Kimberli is in a league of her own. Not only does she have the full knowledge and experience one expects to find at Toyota, her bubbly personality and warm nature somehow transforms the mega-company that is Toyota into the intimate, old-fashioned corner shop where one is treated like family. When Kimberli is around it’s like going to Cheers: I am going to be happy (and my car will be serviced impeccably). More
