Brian was by far the best person we have ever worked with to purchase a vehicle. He demonstrated patience as we figured out exactly which trim that my wife and I would be happiest with for the Grand Highland to purchase a vehicle. He demonstrated patience as we figured out exactly which trim that my wife and I would be happiest with for the Grand Highlander Hybrid, provided multiple options for trading in our cars, and at no point did I feel like I was getting pushed into options that I didn't actually need or to purchase the vehicle that day. He was honest with us throughout the entire process, and was very sweet with our 2 year old daughter yesterday when we came to test drive and purchase the vehicle. During our time together yesterday, we were interrupted a few times by another customer, and Brian handled this disruption with grace and was very apologetic about the delays it caused in the purchase process.
