I HATE BUYING CARS! !! I have hated the process of buying cars my whole life. This was the second car I bought at White River Toyota and I didn't hate it. Darrin Kennedy !! I have hated the process of buying cars my whole life. This was the second car I bought at White River Toyota and I didn't hate it. Darrin Kennedy was the best. He helped me get in a new Tundra for a price I could afford. That doesn't happen much when you buy a new car. I was originally there to test drive a different vehicle but wasn't happy with it. He saw I wasn't happy and changed the whole experience around to wonderful, getting me into a vehicle I love. I couldn't even believe it was all happening and working out in my favor, because quite frankly how often can you say you were the one that came out on top of a deal with a car salesman! LOL But I did! He and Chris Hatch in finance were wonderful to me and I won't forget it. I will be back when it's time and I will recommend them to everyone. Thanks guys! You went above and beyond. I traded in a long time old friend that I'd had for 18 year. I was not looking forward to dealing with a new purchase. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I worked with Lucas. He responded to "ALL" of my questions, was patient with me making my decision and I ended up purchasing the vehicle I wanted and it came in two months earlier than expected. Lucas was top notch and I would work with him again. There was no pressure, and when the vehicle came in, Lucas went through everything in the car, even linked up my phone. This is our third Toyota and the first two we had for 16 and 18 years. Can't go wrong. More

Maegen was the sales person who sold me my new (3 days old) Prius hybrid. We started talking about a new car at least 1 1/2 years ago. Meagan's got a system that kept us in touch, not ever pushy, just eno old) Prius hybrid. We started talking about a new car at least 1 1/2 years ago. Meagan's got a system that kept us in touch, not ever pushy, just enough to remind me it was well past time to trade in my 12 year old Prius and she was there when I needed her. When I first started visiting her, there were NO new Toyotas in the parking lot or the show room. It wasn't just Toyotas that were missing, that was the case for every mainstream dealer. When I learned that a couple of the models I was interested in were not intended to come in within a year, I put down a minimal deposit and waited hoping my old car would make it until a new one would come in. My third place model color choice (brilliant blue) came in 5 months earlier than anticipated. Now I see advantages for that color and if I would have been thinking about it, it would have been my first choice. From that point on, Maegan made my job very easy, even taking on some last minute glitches with aplomb. If you are looking for a Toyota, Maegan's the one to connect with. You'll be happy you did. We bought the car and the entire process was quick and easy, unlike others we’ve had in the past at other dealers. Luke was fabulous and he spent ALOT of time with me in the car showing me how everything worked. That was a huge help. He took the unpleasant stress out of buying a car and I highly recommend you ask for Luke. He seems to genuinely care about his client. More
