My tires are great. It's the service I had a problem with. The wait was 2 and a half hours. They came back to tell me it would be soon and they were sorry at 2 hours. When they were done Jacob came back went over paperwork and failed to mention anything about my 100 dollar rebate or anything at all about warranty on tires or that you had free tire rotation. I've yet to hear anything about the rebate and this is 5/3/26.i did remind him of the rebate and he said he forgot. I looked over the tires and left. Now today I find some deep scratches on my rims that were definitely not there before. Plus all 4 rims had grease stains all over them. Can't they clean up their mess. That were not like that when I brought my vehicle in. More

Everything was fine, work was completed as expected. Timeline was way off. 3 days in a row told out would be finished by day end, but was not. What was supposed to be a day and a half took a week. Greg is awesome and deserves a raise. If he can put up with my 85 yr old mother. He is a blessing and Whites Ford needs to know that. She is not an easy person to deal with.
