Having run a large auto group I understand the need when someone calls in for a service appointment to make the appointment show. So when you call in and you have a phone person, not a service rider hand of someone calls in for a service appointment to make the appointment show. So when you call in and you have a phone person, not a service rider hand of the car their job is to get the people to the store as quickly as possible. And that works 90% of the time but on Monday mornings to promise a quick turn on an oil change come on in we’ll get you right in could upset people. Because on Monday morning, the customer lounge is full. The technicians are backed up and it’s not what’s being promised by the scheduler. Get everybody in as quickly as possible. Make the appointment get him to show works on Tuesday afternoon or Thursday morning, but until you enlarger customer lounge, not good at white Ford. I’ll be back and other than that the place did great. More
