I had taken my car in on a Tuesday, after explaining what I was told needed to be fixed/replaced the week prior. After my car had been there for two days your service guys finally got back to me to tell me t I was told needed to be fixed/replaced the week prior. After my car had been there for two days your service guys finally got back to me to tell me that nothing was wrong or needed to be replaced. I had taken my car to two other service places prior to whites ford just to make sure nobody was trying to get me to replace something that didn’t need to be replaced. Anyway, both other places told me that the two things I asked whites ford to replace did need to be replaced. I trusted whites ford to take care of them and instead was told no even though I had two copies of physical proof that those things needed replacing. My car is still under warranty and nothing was changed because of pure laziness. I will never buy another car from whites and will simply not take it there to be serviced. I ended up taking it back to the other place and spent money that I shouldn’t have had to, just because whites wouldn’t. More
Go anywhere else but here to get your vehicle repaired. Having a vehicle for three weeks is unacceptable for the work performed. Would have gave negative stars but not an option! My 2005 F250 4WD hubs wouldn’t automatically lock so I spoke with Curt, Mgr Scheduling and he set me up with Eric, Master Tech. Upon drop off, I received a 2005 Escape AWD loaner. That was appreciated w spoke with Curt, Mgr Scheduling and he set me up with Eric, Master Tech. Upon drop off, I received a 2005 Escape AWD loaner. That was appreciated with the snowy weather we’re having Justin, Service Advisor informed later that morning that Eric determined one hub seal was leaking and rebuilt both sides with my approval. Parts were in stock. Around 2pm the same day of drop off, Justin called to notify hubs were rebuilt. Oil and filter change and complimentary tire rotation were due and also completed. Janine, in Cashier’s Office, applied my Ford Pass rewards to my bill, saving me around $300. Brian Gibson, GM, also stopped by with his much appreciated greeting. More
10/10 amazing experience! They got me in right away for an alignment on my new car that I purchased at another dealership. The other dealership couldn't get it into alignment, They got me in right away for an alignment on my new car that I purchased at another dealership. The other dealership couldn't get it into alignment, and White's did it right. I was told by another dealer that they have the best technology for alignments. Will 100% be returning if I have any additional needs for my vehicle! More
