Accommodating to our requests, like putting our prospective vehicle up on the service department lift so we could examine the vehicle's undercarriage. The dealership provided as complete a service history as possible and Carfax service journal to examine. Price negotiations didn't go as well but that's because the dealership dropped the price $1,000 (25 percent) the day before. We cancelled plans to meet with the contractor renovating our Winchester, VA, home (@ 300-mile drive from dealership) and left at 1:30 a.m. the day after the price drop in case someone else got there first. Darlene Morrison and Business Manager George Frantz proved pleasant Orrsville folk to meet and with whom to deal. Final price at the top of KBB's "Fair Deal" - ometer. For the deal and vehicle's premium condition, we'd make the drive again. More
