I paid for a wash, wax, sweep out. My car was not swept out, there was dirt throughout the front, middle and back of the car. There were marks from a chemical on 2 outer trim pieces, t My car was not swept out, there was dirt throughout the front, middle and back of the car. There were marks from a chemical on 2 outer trim pieces, the same dirt and bugs remained on the front grill area. Robbie the summer detail manager was called out. He was very kind and worked to clean off the outer 2 trim pieces, then offered to sweep out my car the next day. I was back at work and unable to meet with Robbie.I won't be utilizing or recommending your summer detail service. $69.00 absolutely not worth it. On a positive note the rest of the car was washed and possibly waxed. More
