He did not pressure us during any of our few visits. He lead us in the right direction and showed us many vehicles that we were interested in. Matt was someone very easy to get ahold of, whether it be email, phone, or on a rare occasion (by request) text messaging. Being a younger person, Matt was very comfortable to get along with at our own younger ages. He knew exactly what needed to be done, showed us the paperwork and made us laugh during our visits. I went in for a service on my leased 2012 Honda Civic which was approaching its mileage allotment and left with a brand new 2014 Civic. With a small downpayment on the new lease, they paid for my oil change and covered my final lease payment on the 2012 Civic, and I drove away with a new car, a full tank of gas and no worries for about $15 extra dollars a month. No complaints. More
