Everyone is so nice and attentive. When I was waiting for a shuttle ride, both round tables were full and I was standing in my heels waiting and was getting fatigued and someone must have noticed and the for a shuttle ride, both round tables were full and I was standing in my heels waiting and was getting fatigued and someone must have noticed and they directed me to another room with additional seating. First time buyer I had no idea what I was doing. Josh was great in explaining everything to me and my fiancé. He explained the differences between leasing and buying. My car battery died. I called in a panic as it was nearly 5:50 p.m. Jessica told me if I could get there by 6:00 they could get me a new battery. I was able to have a coworker jump start the car and was able 5:50 p.m. Jessica told me if I could get there by 6:00 they could get me a new battery. I was able to have a coworker jump start the car and was able to get to the dealership by 5:50 p.m. They got me right in and installed a new battery in less than 20 minutes! Jessica and Andrew were fabulous, very friendly and helpful even though it was the end of the day and they certainly wanted to go home. More
