The mirror on the driver's side had been broken when we pulled our 2013 Toyota Sienna into our garage. At the last service (oil change, etc.) we received a quote for replacement. I did not have an appointment for service, but was planning on picking up a new car. While I was there, the service dept. checked my tire pressure alerts and found and repaired a hole in the tire. I wanted to take a moment to share a very positive expericence with the Allan Knott dealership in Lima, OH. I stopped to have my climate control knob looked at, as it had "punched all the way back in expericence with the Allan Knott dealership in Lima, OH. I stopped to have my climate control knob looked at, as it had "punched all the way back into the dash" so I could not adjust my heat:( at -3'). Jeff looked at it, and then Larry stopped out to look at it. Although a part had to be ordered to fix it, they got it back in position temporarily, so I could have heat during this Artic Clipper. They were very pleasant and went above and beyond, which is not something I get to experience very often. (Also, Larry was on his lunch break and came out to look during his break). I was shopping online for dealerships that have ten and under sales. I noticed they had one and a inventory online, I saw that they had a pickup truck big enough to fit my families needs and it had estimat under sales. I noticed they had one and a inventory online, I saw that they had a pickup truck big enough to fit my families needs and it had estimated low prices, When I went to the lot to see what other vehicles they had, Brian was out to talk to me right away, even though it was cold and windy outside. When I told him I was interested in looking at he immediately went and got the keys, and popped the hood. After talking about the truck a little more he asked me if I wanted to drive it. after the test drive and showed me a few other cars then we started getting information for the truck. After a few days with working with Steve, we got the loan approved and that day I had the keys in hand also with some good help from Jon, had a wonderful experience. Me and my wife are very happy and will be doing business with them in the future with service and future vehicles. very happy!!! More
