We had a great experience at Allan Nott's. Tom Pseekos was friendly and did not pressure us. We drove both a Honda Accord and Toyota Camry. Our Honda Odyssee van had some issues with the back hatch not working properly. The service department diagnosed the problem, order the part, and replaced it under our warranty with no hassle whatsoever. The not working properly. We went to Allan Nott to test drive the Honda Odyssey. I We went to Allan Nott to test drive the Honda Odyssey. I liked that when we got there, there wasn't a salesperson following us around. We took our time and looked at the vehicles outside comparing colors and trim models. When we finely walked inside several people said hello and asked us if we needed any help. We had previously talked to and e-mailed Jamie Williams about coming to look at the vans. Once inside we were introduced to her and she introduced us to Leyna Phillips. Leyna took us out to look at the van and show us all the features of the van. When we test drove the Odyssey she pointed out features and answered any questions that we had. She has a great personality, was easy to talk to, and not pushy. She also is very knowledgeable about the vehicles. After the test drive we went back in and talked about prices with Leyna and Tod Ruble. We informed them that we were going to a Chevy dealership that day to test drive several vehicles. They both told us that we would be back because they have that much faith in their vehicles. After we test drove the Chevy vehicles we did decide to go with the Honda Odyssey. This was a huge step for us because we have only ever driven Chevy vehicles. We communicated a lot over the phone to get everything worked out and had no problems with the phone communication. If we left a message they got back to us in a timely manner. We also set up a time to come into do the paper work. We had someone that wanted to by our other vehicles and they worked with us on that to get the trade/buy figured out. Steve Kowalski did all of our paperwork for us. They located an Odyssey in the color that we wanted and had it there in a day. We did wait a day for them to put the roof rack on.. We also bought a protection package from Ziebart and Allan Nott took care of having that put on the van before we received it. Since we had traded in/ sold our vehicles before our van was ready they gave us a rental. The rental was a very nice car and suited our needs for that day. Leyna even met us half way to deliver the vehicle and return the rental. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a Honda vehicle. All of the sales staff at Allan Nott were friendly and helpful. Both times that we were at Allan Nott (when we test drove and did paper work) they asked us several times if we needed any water or coffee. Overall we had a great experience and would go there again if we are going to buy a Honda vehicle. More
In response to a recall notice, I took my Honda fit to Allan Nott Honda. I arrived two hours earlier than my appointment time, but my car was accepted immediately.
