07/22/2013 we took our 2012 Honda Accord to the dealership because the Navi System quit working. The screen said Unable to read DVD. Contact your dealer. I read the manual, which said to take the DVD out and put it back in to see if that, would correct the problem. It did not correct the problem. When we arrived at the dealership I spoke with Miles Mellano, told him what the screen said. He went out to the car came back in and asked where we were watching DVD’s and where the player was and if it was installed by us. I told him we do not watch DVD’s and it was factory installed. I had to show him where the DVD play was in the trunk and how to open it. I told him the player was extremely hot to the touch when I went to open it and do what the manual said. The service department could not find anything wrong with it so my husband asked Mellano what we were to do if the car caught fire. His respond was to “Jump Out”. He treated us as if we were morons from the time he first opened his mouth then the Jump Out really topped it off. More

We had to get our air cabin filter replaced. Allan Nott is always friendly and has a warm welcoming environment. We bring our daughter and they things for children to do. Excellent service! Loved the shuttle service...had lunch while the vehicle was serviced. The vehicle was completed when we returned from lunch. We had 15,000 mile service done (oil change, tire rotation, while the vehicle was serviced. The vehicle was completed when we returned from lunch. We had 15,000 mile service done (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) and had the coin-holder replaced as it had broken. I suppose the only negative about the experience was that the labor charge on replacing the coin-holder seemed a bit excessive. I've always had pleasant experiences at Allan Nott and will continue to bring my business to them! More
I found myself in the market for a new van a year ago. Had a great experience with Shawn and that is saying something for me. We purchased our third consecutive vehicle from Allan Nott in July 2013. Our experience with the people at Allan Nott continues to be a positive one! Tom Pseekos allowed us to test drive models of cars in which we were interested and answered our questions with no pressure to purchase a vehicle. His knowledge of current offers from Toyota, including a "one day" offer from Home Shopping Network for $1000.00 in gas cards, allowed us to get the very best deal. We appreciate the time he took on a busy Saturday, his ability to understand what we wanted and needed in a vehicle, and especially, his expertise! Mr. Eric Martin went above and beyond the call of duty in locating the car we wanted in Tennessee. The vehicle he procured was beyond our expectations! His willingness to go that extra mile for us ensured we'll come back to Allan Nott the next time we're ready to purchase another vehicle. Our experience with Steve in the finance department was excellent. The paperwork was prepared and ready to go when we arrived. He answered all our questions and provided us with answers to questions we didn't think to ask. . . including which warranty package was the best for our driving history. Finally, once our car arrived, Cody D. was so helpful in helping us "sync" our phones to the audio equipment before we left the dealership. We're glad our iPhones were easily connected to the Ensure system. He answered our questions about the general operational aspects of the car and said we could return in a couple of weeks with a list of questions and he would be available to answer these questions when we returned. With our previous two vehicles, the service department has been outstanding. It is very easy to book an appointment. The people at the front desk are friendly to all and willing to answer any questions and explain what maintenance/repairs were done on the vehicle.
