We had been in the market for a certified used Sienna for about two months. We had a previous deal lined up and drove from Cincinnati to Cleveland, where during the test drive, the van smelled like a wet do about two months. We had a previous deal lined up and drove from Cincinnati to Cleveland, where during the test drive, the van smelled like a wet dog, had rust under it, and had a rattle that I am still not sure was ever really identified. We wasted 4 hours to get there, 3 1/2 there, and 4 to get home with no van. We were extremely leery of having to go too far away to get another van and end up coming home empty handed again. Through emails, we were able to negotiate a price for the van we got at Allan Nott, hoping the experience would be better than the first in Cleveland. When we test drove the van, it was exactly what we expected a Certified Toyota to be! Tonya and Jeff were beyond wonderful to deal with and made the whole transaction simple and worth the two hour drive to visit them! My brother, who worked at a car dealership for a while, was also impressed with them! There are many Toyota dealers here in Cincinnati and we had visited them prior to going to Allan Nott, but the service was lacking. We will definitely drive up to Lima and visit Allan Nott for our next car when the time comes! I highly, highly recommend them! More

Consultation from Mr. Condin (as well as his checking back with Mr. Bill Clark) upon completing diagnostics was quite helpful in decision making for 12+ year old Honda Odyssey Van service requirements and work completion scope. Overall cost of service (as well as application of provided coupons) was clearly appreciated. Time for Saturday maintenance service on 2010 Honda CRV was excellent. All parties are to be commended for a very pleasant experience !!! More

I had explained I received quotes from other dealerships but wasn't quit at many other dealerships and Lisa Williams was very nice and helpfully. I had explained I received quotes from other dealerships but wasn't quite ready to buy but Lisa and the sales manager met my best quote and offered me a fair trade which I was happy with. Although the exact model wasn't on the lot they were able to have it in less than 24 hours and we received it the next day. In addition they made the financing very quick and easy and were able to get me a very competitive interest rate. This is my third Toyota purchase from Allan Nott and they have always been a pleasure to deal with and Lisa always has a welcoming smile. I went to the Allan Nott Dealership to purchase a new Honda CR-V. Tom the salesperson was cordial and helpful, he let us test dive the car and explained some of the features to us, what our model option Honda CR-V. Tom the salesperson was cordial and helpful, he let us test dive the car and explained some of the features to us, what our model options were and the availability, when we got back to the showroom and started talking price, I showed Tom a printout that I had from Consumer Reports stating that the same make & model vehicle was available at Marysville for $2,361.00 less than the Invoice price of $24,875 - Allan Nott offered $24,259 as their selling price and held firm - I told them that I was interested in buying locally if they could approach the price of the Marysville dealer. The sales manager Adam arrived and informed me that there was no way that any dealer could sell that vehicle for that price and they were lying to draw us in. I called Marysville and confirmed the price, went back inside and informed Tom that they were serious and that I was willing to listen if they wanted to evaluate my trade in and see what the bottom line price was. My trade in was evaluated an they gave me their bottom number without revealing the price, Eric Martin, the General Manager appeared and asked what they could do to make this deal, I re-iterated my stance on the other price and asked what they were allowing for the trade, Eric revealed, in my estimation a very low number. Negotiations began to fall apart and I stood to leave and extended my hand to Eric, he told me in no uncertain terms to sit down we weren't done yet - it was OK for them to stand over me when they were talking, but not when I stood. Eric walked out obviously upset, he was beligerent, unaccomodating and rude. I went to Marysville, bought the same vehicle with 3 miles on it, for $22,514, what they agreed to with Consumer Reports and gave me $800 more for my trade than the Nott dealer and with no hassle.
