Lisa was great, the service was great. Initially, the bluetooth on the stereo did not work, but I came in the following week and it was replaced. Now it works great. We purchased a 2011 Camry from Tom a few years ago. The fact we went back to Tom for another car speaks for itself. He does everything he can do to get us in the car we are choosing. My recent service experience was very good; the news i got was not so much. A vibration when I drove my CR-V brought me into the dealership. The diagnosis was that I needed a new drive shaft. With 260,000+ miles on the vehicle, it wasn't totally unexpected...just bad timing for my finances.(And my first CR-V had 380,000+ miles on it (with no service issues) when I sold it, so I was spoiled) The Customer Service Man was very pleasant and while he was a bit unexperienced, was very accomodating and helpful. The folks in the waiting area were asked nearly every 10 minutes if we needed beverages or anything and that was very thoughtful. My options were explained, decisions were made and I made another appointment for a week later to install a new driveshaft. Our last 2 of 3 vehicles were purchased at Allan Nott and we plan to make our next 2 purchases there as well. More
We leased a 2013 Corolla, Ty was provided excellent service, he came to our home to complete the paper work as I couldn't go to the dealership for medical reasons. This was the first time to the service dept. since I purchased my CRV last spring. I dropped the car off the evening before the appointment and found this to be an easy and safe experience. It was time for an oil change and general service check. Also, had some issues with the battery and tire pressure. All was taken care of in a kind and professional manner.
