In late 2011 we dealt with numerous people at Allan Nott including Mark Youngpeter/Tod Ruble on the "sales" side and Adam Cahill on the "paperwork signing" side. During the process of selecting a vehicle, we spent a few days back and forth to the dealership to finally decide on the vehicle we wanted. We never felt rushed or felt any "high pressure". Since we have purchased the vehicle, we have had it in for routine service such as oil changes etc. During these visits, everybody at Allan Nott goes above and beyond in regards to customer service. They are also very "kid friendly". On many visits we have had our two young sons with us and the entire staff treats them great. They treat them like their own kids.
