My Toyota FJ Cruiser is the second vehicle we've purchased from Alan Nott. There were some minor issues with the purchase of our Honda Ridgeline that made us question whether we would buy from Alan purchased from Alan Nott. Ty knows that great customer service is what keeps people coming back and he went above and beyond to prove to us that Alan Nott is where we should be when considering buying a new or used vehicle. If it had not been for Ty I don't think that the sale would have been made. Ty was extremely knowledgable about the FJ Cruiser and has been available to answer any and all questions we may have since the purchase. We have recommended several people who are in the car buying market to check out Alan Nott but most of all to look up Ty. His customer service is outstanding. Had to have service check on low battery when door left open over night and interior lights on! My wife was able to call in the morning and the service dept. was able to squeeze us in to get checked prior open over night and interior lights on!
