Since I purchased my Toyota, I have routinely brought my vehicle to this dealership for the required maintenance and have never been treated this poorly. During previous visits to this dealership, the advisor/checkin personnel was friendly and helpful, especially if you had any questions. Very disappointed with the treatment I received this time.. Service Failure Bought a brand new 2017 Honda Oddesey a little over 2 years ago. It's barely over the 36,000 miles but not 3 years old yet. The car's panic alarm kept Bought a brand new 2017 Honda Oddesey a little over 2 years ago. It's barely over the 36,000 miles but not 3 years old yet. The car's panic alarm kept on going off. It also when turned off it tries to start itself, but is unsuccessful and would repeatedly do this. Took it in and they saw what it was doing. The service person was the worst ever. They wouldnt call Honda and see if they would cover the keyless entry system that needs repaired under warranty. They said it was not under warranty since it was over the miles. The car is just over two years old. They had no empathy when dealing with my wife. They charged her $110 for a quick check of the problem. They sent her off with a car that is not working right and only worried about getting the money not helping a customer out. The way she was treated we will never buy a car from Allan Nott. Worst service possible. They didnt even try to help and see if it can be covered under warranty. Completely unacceptable. I gave you a 1 since I couldnt gove you a 0. You guys are being reported to American Honda. More
Simply rude and terrible. I went in to have some interior concerns addressed and I've been there 6 times and every time they continue to say the issue has been fixed. Finally g I went in to have some interior concerns addressed and I've been there 6 times and every time they continue to say the issue has been fixed. Finally got tired of it and called toyota directly to get this issue resolved and they sent a field tech to the dealership and issue still is not resolved. After they supposedly fixed the issues I noticed that some of my trim pieces were missing clips or broken so I contacted the service manager and went in and was confronted by Dan and was told that since I had contacted Toyota directly and supposedly called them incompetent, which I didn't they no longer wanted to deal with me and Dan was very rude and and uncourteous to me and how he went about talking to me about replacing the clips and ordering the plastic trim pieces they broke while in their care. was completely unnecessarily rude and then Jeff the service manager had the audacity to tell me that they just want me to be happy with the car then hmm I don't know maybe stop giving me the run around so they don't have to deal with it. I will no longer buy or take anything to get serviced there. Only way that they seem to truly care is based upon how much money you spent on a car there so if you plan on getting a $40k car there then you'll be all taken care of but if you buy a lower trim model like I did you will be sadly disappointed. More

J'Dan was great with any q My most recent experience was with a gentleman named J'Dan Risner. I took my 2017 Corolla in for it's scheduled oil change. J'Dan was great with any questions I had. Very pleasant to talk to. He also directed me to the parts department to order some touch up paint, since we've just had a hard Winter. The parts department was just as helpful, showing me exactly how to use the product. This is why I purchased my car at Allan Nott. Looking forward to my next new car purchase, because I know I will receive the same excellent service, respect, and ease of purchase. More

Our surprise was due in part to the fact that we were not told what would be involved in this service. I think our local mechanic could have done it for less. We bought our van new from AN and we have had all of our service done there except for one oil change that we needed while out of state. It is nice that we are generally in and out in an hour or two, which our local mechanic cannot match. And your folks couldn't be nicer. However, your costs are so high that we are considering having our service done locally from now on. Pet Peeve: Every time I see your "Top Dollar" trade-in sign I question your values/ethics. Your offer for our immaculate Sienna XLE was insulting and I talked to a lady in your waiting room that had sold her last two Avalons to Carmax because they offered more than you. As I said above, this has caused me to question your business practices and, as a result, I will definitely consider other options when we look to replace our Sienna in a year or two. For what it's worth. Not being mean just brutally honest. I am trying to help. Chad Hoskins More
