This is a great convenience for dropping off my car for service @ 7:30am, having a car to get to work by 8am, and then coming back in the afternoon once all the work has been done without having to ask a friend for 2 rides in a day. What really set them apart I felt was my sales associate. I am in sales and deal with sales people all the time. It was truly luck I found someone I could talk to. Can't speak for all the salespeople there, but if you want to deal with someone who is respectful and will go the extra mile for you talk to Graham. I don't write reviews but I always read them before purchases. Graham Redfern showed me every car,truck,suv I wanted to see for over 2 hours. May not seem like a big deal but it was freezing artic weather with ice everywhere. He didn't say come back another day or its getting cold. He asked what else would I like to see and answered my questions. If you go by Whitten Brothers I would definitely make an appointment to see Graham because I think this guy should busy all day. He defintly was with me and my OCD nature. I would highly recommend giving them a look at your next purchase. More

The manager took care of this right away to my satisfaction. The door took a few days to get the part. They gave me a jeep to drive in the process. They delivered on everything they said. I am very pleased and will go there first when I need a vehicle in the future. More
