Errol turned a bad experience into a great one! My husband and I were looking for a used car after mine was totaled in an accident. Ryan called to follow up and I let her know I was unsatisfied with the service we initially received. Errol followed up with us that week to see if there was anything they could do to. He listened to what I was looking for, searched for vehicles for us and set up a time for my husband and I to come back in to look at / test drive what he found. The vehicles were all exactly what we had discussed. Kevin helped us get set up when we arrived, and Errol and his team stayed way past close that night to make sure we felt no pressure deciding and that we were happy with the experience. He even followed up the next couple of days to see if we needed anything and to make sure we were happy.
