Bob (finance) was absolutely outstanding in providing the service I needed once I got in to see him. Total time spent at Whitten - 1pm to approx. 8pm - 7 hours !!! I am not sure who determines whose package goes to finance first but Whitten almost lost a sale due to it. I was about 2 minutes from walking out the door. Also if you want a review...post managers also - As my manager told me he would "expedite " my package....then waited another hour... More

Errol turned a bad experience into a great one! My husband and I were looking for a used car after mine was totaled in an accident. He listened to what I was looking for, searched for vehicles for us and set up a time for my husband and I to come back in to look at / test drive what he found. The vehicles were all exactly what we had discussed. Kevin helped us get set up when we arrived, and Errol and his team stayed way past close that night to make sure we felt no pressure deciding and that we were happy with the experience. He even followed up the next couple of days to see if we needed anything and to make sure we were happy.
