Usually you get bombarded with trivial bits of useless information derived from a pre-written and much practiced sales pitch... This was not the case, maybe I caught everyone off guard by mixing up the name of a competing dealership, but regardless We walked in the door, asked how much for the purple Wrangler? Requested our BMW be made to disappear and we got exactly what we asked for with no pushy sales tactics... a couple hours later... Wife has her purple Jeep. I no longer have to deal with that xxxxx. BMW and everyone is happy... More

Excellent customer service My wife and I were in a bad spot where we were planing to buy a new vehicle in the near future but we had to replace one right then and there. We told the dealership we didn't want to test anything until we knew we would be approved for a loan and they were very understanding. After a few days going back and forth with our credit union and the banks whitten was working with, they ultimately found a better offer than we could on our own. They are extremely patient and kind. Padram, our sales person, had to ride with us in three different trims of the same Cherokee so we could narrow down the perfect one. And I'm sure he would have gladly let us test more if we hadn't nailed it on the third try. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We actually did most of our communication through texts which was extremely helpful considering both my wife and I work 50+ hours a week. Overall this dealership is great. They know they have to adjust for the next generation of buyers and they are miles ahead of previous dealerships I've used. More
