Gillian in the internet department was prompt and helpful with her assistance. Mark Lafoon and Sheri Brandt in sales were very helpful and made the sale easy and straight forward. They were both very honest and more than generous in our dealings. Big Bob in Financial Services was direct, honorable and explained the entire process to us with great detail and patience. He found a great financing rate for us and we really appreciate his help. My wife was also extremely impressed by this dealership and how they handled our purchase. Matt was personable, genuine, honest, and he was not pushy. He showed us exactly what we were interested in and actually listened to what we wanted instead of just pushing a sale. Matt treated us exceptionally and I will be recommending him to anyone I am friends with who is interested in a new vehicle. While most would rather have a root canal or make a proctologist appointment than go to a dealership and go through the car buying process, I would gladly go through this again with Matt. When I got there, Mark w Yesterday, I visited Whitten Brothers on Midlothian Turnpike in order to get information about leasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I got there, Mark was standing at the door. He immediately offered me assistance and seated me and my family. He was extremely informative and gave me all of the information I needed on both, the vehicle I was inquiring about, as well as the financing and leasing options for the vehicle. He went over every single feature of the car, before we even went for a test drive. Mark made me feel at ease during the entire process. We were offered bottle water while we waited during the paperwork process, and he made sure that ALL of our questions and concerns were answered. This was my very first purchase of a vehicle by myself, which can be very overwhelming, and Mark really made me feel at ease and confident about my purchase. There were other employees who were also very nice and helpful during this process as well, but Mark was an absolute pleasure to do business with, throughout the entire process. He made me feel extremely comfortable and confident from start to finish. Mark Lafoon is awesome!!! More
