In all of my years buying cars, this was the best experience that I have had. Douglas Rodriguez found the Jeep that I wanted. I got the price, and then was given a very fair offer for my trade in. It was really a no hassle situation. I did my research prior to arriving at Wilde. Again, I was very happy with the transaction. The only thing I would improve is the sales pitch for all the add on by finance. Even with that, the finance manager beat my own credit union with a very good rate. I am planning on servicing my Jeep at Wilde so I will follow up with reviews on the service side at a later date. Thanks Wilde and Doug Rodriguez. More

Sales was great, finance was terrible. Our salesman, Robert Nebel, was helpful, and always available. He was able to answer all our questions, without badgering or pressuring us to buy. The finance dept process however was horrible. We were with the finance employee For a VERY LONG TIME as HE was applying a lot of pressure to get us to purchase an extended warranty package. He proposed a high interest rate and we had to ask for a lower rate. When we learned of the finance company we would be using, I commented that our salesman said the financing would be through two different finance agencies. The finance person he was JUST a salesman and doesn’t know the finance dept. JUST a salesman?? Hmmmm After we agreed to a much lower rate, he started throwing out number after number as to what our payment would be for each different warranty package. We kept saying no thank you. He kept up his pressure, throwing out more and more numbers and at one point even he became confused with his own numbers. After several hours I finally had to tell him we have to get this process moving along, it was taking a very long time, we need to sign the papers without any additional costs as I needed to go to work shortly. He made a good buying experience not so enjoyable. I’m sorry i don’t remember his name. More

I gave him a pretty good idea on what I was looking for and he said he would go check and came back and said that they had a couple on the lot and put one aside for me. I went out the next day, took it around for a little bit and put money down. I absolutely love this truck. Logan was spectacular with his service and the manager was really nice and our finance guy was really good too. More

Awesome! Just leased a brand new 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Jeff Beamon, with the help of Omar and Clayton. These are some solid guys and they all went the extra mile to get the deal done. I'm terrible at negotiating and had asked my dad to come with. The last time I bought a car in 2008, I just said "ooh its pretty, ok!" and paid sticker price for it, (Whoops... I had no clue what I was doing.) My dad went back and forth with Jeff over price/payment, I cringed every time I got an update from my dad and when I talked to Jeff, he was cool as can be and simply said "I'm gonna work this deal for you." And he did! Jeff was incredibly chill and not pushy at all! I am referring two friends to him now because I liked working with him so much. Clayton I only dealt with on the first day of the three day deal and he was super friendly and managed to put up with my dad's jocular demeanor like a champ. Omar did our financing and he is a super fun personality who put a smile on our faces, despite us stressing out about being out of there in time to make it to work. Overall, I highly recommend Jeff and co for your car buying needs. More
