The only thing that was negative about my experience at Wilde was when I drove away from the dealership about 5 minutes into my ride I noticed I did not get a full tank of gas as promised by Joe Hofstetter. I did not have time to return to the dealership, so I called for Joe and was told he was with a customer. I left a message for him to return my call that was Friday February 17th it is now February 18th the dealership is closed Joe has still not returned my call. More

Chris was very casual about the entire experience, which was a good thing as opposed to a pushy, pressured approach some dealers exude. My wife and I had to bring out two small kids and they dealership had a nice little area for them to play during the lengthy vehicle purchase process. My wife was able to drive the van separately from me (while I stayed back and watched the kids) by herself. Ultimately, we purchased the van and when we got back home, I realized the driver's side floor mat was missing (believed to have been misplaced while the vehicle was getting detailed prior to us taking delivery of it). We also noticed the remote for the DVD player was missing. I alerted Chris to these items and he had them replaced no questions asked! I would definitely shop there again in the future!! More
