My wife and I decided to go back to Wilde Honda and look at the New Honda Pilot on a Saturday, we arrived around 2:45pm, not knowing that they would be closing at 4pm. Tony DeDetro helped us that afternoon, we test drove a Pilot ,loved it, but we decided to wait and think about it over the rest of the weekend, plus it was almost 4pm, Tony informed us he would he stick around, we said thank you but no, that we decide we really wanted to think about it, he said he understood and if we decide to purchase the pilot or if we had any questions he was available to help us. On Monday I called him and told him we decide to purchase the Pilot Elite AWD, and what color we were interested in. I arrived at 11:30, the vehicle was ready for me to inspected, and test drive. Make a long story short we purchase the vehicle, Tony was great, kept us informed of every step in the process, Thank You Tony. I would also like to say thank you to the finance department, and the manger of Wilde East side Honda for a great experience. More

I picked 3 cars that met my criteria and setup a appt. with the online guy (sorry don't remember his name). Alex called and confirmed a time to test drive and explore other options. I drove 2 of the 3 cars ruled out a 4th potion and made my choice. I spoke to the manager, George to iron out the details and to Kenn in finance. Everyone was very personable, and knowledgeable. It's still early in this relationship but at this time I will return for service and perhaps another car. More

She exposed me to many different vehicles and went on numerous test drives with me. I have been shopping around for awhile and I can honestly say she was my favorite sales consultant that I have dealt with. Great experience overall Our experience with Erik Lipp was excellent. He wasn't overly invasive in the lot (yet still genuine and friendly!) on contact and let us poke around. Our experience with Erik Lipp was excellent. He wasn't overly invasive in the lot (yet still genuine and friendly!) on contact and let us poke around. When we asked to test drive a few cars, he was completely chill with letting us try out several different versions of Honda Fits. It really has eased my conscience not wondering if I picked the right model or not. The Fit Sport was exactly the amount of features we were hoping for. We got a great car. In the signing room Samir was friendly but was a *little* pushier than other experiences we've had with warranty and loan paperwork. It was a little rushed, and we could sense the push from him to add on extras. I know it's standard practice, but we've been offered the same benefits from other dealerships in a more passive manner. It was in no way aggressive, and we were not interested in add-ons regardless, so it didn't affect the overall outcome of the experience. He even offered us a dealership discount on one of the extended warranties after we denied it initially but we still passed on it. More
