I'm usually someone who spends two to three weeks thinking over a big ticket purchase, so this was pretty stressful. After finding a few used cars that looked interesting, I called Wilde East Towne and was connected with Mikayla. Mikayla was very helpful and thoughtful and made the last-minute purchase smooth and easy. She met with me at 7pm on a snowy Friday night to test drive cars, and again on Saturday morning so I could make a final decision -- she really went above and beyond to make sure I could be comfortable with my purchase, and followed up a few weeks later to see how things were going. She listened to my needs and was respectful and understanding, instead of the pushy experience I was expecting from experiences with another local dealership. I would definitely recommend Mikayla and Wilde. I was pre approved with Capital One and Wilde was able to make everything work smoothly with them too. More
