But they seemed to team up, and did not care about my suggestions for better customer services. I went to Honda Zimbrick before and the experience was much better. Sadly even when we allowed the Dealership to determine the time, we waited for an hour to meet with the financial representative. Even though we were paying cash and had a schedule pick up time, we appeared to be bumped for others that day. This whole experience took over two hours. Samir, the financial representative was thorough and informative. It just appears that there could be more coordination with the final sale pick up date and with the financial meeting. Kenneth spent the entire pick up wait time, reviewing the car information, providing us with water and popcorn, and trying to expedite the day. More
