No Hassle and Pressure to buy! I felt very lucky the morning I called Wilde Honda to start hunting for a new car, in that, I got a hold of Justen Lambert. He listened carefully to m I felt very lucky the morning I called Wilde Honda to start hunting for a new car, in that, I got a hold of Justen Lambert. He listened carefully to my needs and promptly emailed me current loan percentage rates on different term/month loans. He also attached a picture and information of the Honda HRV we were interested in. I told my wife I wanted to start our hunt for our new Honda at Wilde Honda, but more importantly with Justen, he just seemed truly concerned that we have a good experience shopping for our car. My wife and I asked for him (Justen) by name when we arrived at the Dealership, he was busy with someone us else at the time but he came and introduced himself and showed us where the lounge was, After he finished his business with the other customer he preceeded to help us. We drove to a storage lot where many models/colors of the car we were interested in where stored. We ended up getting the basic LX model, because it suited our neeeds better than the EX that we were originally looking at. Justen did not try any high pressure tactics to sale us something we did not need. We did add a remote start to our basic model car. I highly recomend Justen if you have had a bad experience, such as myself, with any other dealers/salesman and you want a saleman that makes the experience fun and not a hassle. After I put 300,000 miles on this new 2017 HRV Honda, just like I did on my 2011 Civic, hopefully, Justen will still be working at Wilde in 6 years, so he can sale me another Honda!
