I had been emailing with Shawn periodically for months after looking into trading in my Honda Civic and upgrading to a luxury car. Once I finally made up my mind on what I wanted, I met with Peter W. and Shawn while at Wilde for an oil change. Peter W. searched and found me a Mercedes with the specifications I was looking for (I'm picky!) within a week or two. Once the car arrived, Shawn worked with me tirelessly in order to make it all work for me to be able to get out of my lease early, and into my Mercedes! Shawn truly went above and beyond to make this my best experience in purchasing a car- hands down. I didn't have to deal with the usual drawn out process of a pushy used-car salesman, which was SO refreshing. I actually enjoyed the process of getting a used car! Alex B. was my salesman on the day of purchasing my car. I was very impressed by his professionalism and service- he may look young, but don't let that fool you! Great deal with an Extra Mile I just purchased a Certified Honda Odyssey from Leticia and got a great deal. There was one item that needed replacement on the van and she ordered the part for us. It arrived in less than a week and we went in to get it installed. When we arrived on a Saturday at 3:56 p.m. we found out that the regular service techs went home a 4:00 p.m. The Service Manager immediately checked to see if she could catch one of them before they left. One super-helpful tech gladly stayed late to install the new part. They went the extra mile for us and we greatly appreciated their effort because we live about 1 1/2 hours away from Wilde. While I was waiting for the part to be installed, I checked out their "Green Roof". Besides its beauty, it showed that Wilde goes the extra mile for our environment as well.
