Easy going salesman We weren't sure if we would buy a new suv when we arrived at the dealership but we did. Why did we doubt it because we had 75,000 miles on our 2014 CR We weren't sure if we would buy a new suv when we arrived at the dealership but we did. Why did we doubt it because we had 75,000 miles on our 2014 CR-V plus a lot of hail damage and still owed quite a bit on it. But Michael Owens didn't mind and gave us a great deal so we drove away in a new cr-v that night. Thanks Michael you are the best auto sales guy my wife n I have every had. We thought it would take some time to get it back, so we tried to schedule a drop off and set up a loaner car. We really didn't want to be without our new car for long though. Michael Owens (our awesome salesperson) was VERY helpful in getting things scheduled and even met me in the Service Department and drove our Pilot over to the body shop himself! Elisha Lone set up the repair for us in the system and we extremely accommodating to my tight schedule. Long story short, we thought the hood would have to be repainted, but with the team at Wilde was able to get a quick review and repair at the auto body shop without having to do any major work. I got the car back within an hour and it looked great. Elisha even left the work order open for me to have a couple of days to be sure the paint stays looking great! Awesome job of customer service by both Michael and Elisha. I am very happy with my first service experience on our new Pilot! More

The experience was so unbelievable, that i find myself looking out my window at the sharpest vehicle that i've ever owned to make sure that it's not a dream lol. Phil Hogan and Michael Owens remind me of 2 NBA Hall of Famers, Phil took the ball out and brought the ball up court and hit Mike with a crisp pass and we scored. Customer Service is very professional and personable. I am very big on customer service and it was good to experience it in this day and age. Everything that these gentlemen said, they did. it was so sweet, that at first i didn't believe them lol. Let's just say because of these two and the rest of the staff that participated, i am officially a Wilde Honda East Man! More

The disrespect and attitude you gave me at the end for not buying a virtual car convinced me to stay away from Wilde Honda for good. Silly me thanking you for your time. He did try and push me to purchase a different car all he asked was if I wanted to test drive it. He was honest about everything and worked hard to get he best price. Over all very good representing my needs and requests. Everyone starting with the sales person to upper management was working hard to provide my with the best possible price. Vehicle had minimum damage (two dents) to the driver side doors. Being a used vehicle, knowing it will not be perfect at any time like a new one would be. Wilde management and I came to agreement on price adjustment for the repair. Very pleased with financing people that got the lowest rate for the remaining amount after paying half on the agree price. Good job goes to the detailing team, the vehicle was presented clean top to bottom. I would expect the service department will be equally as good. OVER ALL A GREAT EXPERANCE. THANK YOU!!! More
Love our new CR-V! My husband and I have always bought used vehicles. We went car shopping at several places, looking at used, but also inquired on new vehicles. I contacted Leticia back in April by e-mail and told her that I was possibly looking into buying in the future. Leticia was prompt on returning my e-mails and I never felt pressured by her into buying back then. Fast forward to September, I contacted Leticia and asked her if she remembered me contacting her in April about a vehicle. She said yes, and I said I think I am ready to look at vehicles now. We stopped by Wilde and she asked what I was looking for. I told her a CR-V, but FWD. At first, I was uncomfortable and unsure if I was really going to purchase a new vehicle, remember we have never purchased a new vehicle before. Leticia asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle. I told her a couple of things I wanted in particular. She found what I was looking for and said it literally just got off the truck. She brought us down to the shop, where the car was just getting inspected. The car was still partially wrapped! But I said I was still unsure on a purchase. Again, Leticia still did not pressure us. After two days, we contacted her and told her we would like to buy the car from her. Leticia answered all of our questions and sat in the car with us and explained a lot of the features of the Honda CR-V. She also took the time to set up both of our phones before we left. We had an excellent experience at Wilde and will recommend them to friends and family. More
