We did our homework going in, and knew we wanted to purchase the CRV Touring for many reasons. Other than past performance/reliability, we loved the safety features, smooth ride, space, great millage, etc. Jai made it very clear that there was no pressure, as he was simply there to answer our questions and ensure we were happy with any purchase, should we choose to make one. Being that it was December, they were eager to move their in-stock 2015 models. In short, together with the assistant manager (Phil) they got us a fantastic deal on the our CRV and gave us a well-above average price for our trade-in. Jai took his time with us and made sure all of our questions were answered. So much so that he follow-up with a couple phone calls for the in-depth questions. In short, coupled with the many perks of being an East Towne Honda customer, we would highly recommend Jai as a sales consultant for your next purchase. More
