Professional, took the time to explain options, fast service Came in for oil change and thought I needed brakes. Tony explained that I only needed the rear brakes and gave me options for those. Amazing and fast service Had to get my car serviced for an airbag issue the other day and was told it would be about a week or so and had to get a loner car in the meantime. However the very next day I was called and was told my car was ready for pickup and that everything was finished. I was astounded at how quickly my car was serviced and I greatly appreciated it. Cheryl Romo was an incredibly helpful advisor and I recommend people look to her for service because she does an amazing job. Also Jaclyn is probably the nicest receptionist I have ever met! Very outgoing with the customers and very very friendly. Have never had a bad experience with Wilde Honda and I look forward to business with them in the future. More

Zimbrick Acura wanted $150 to do a 4WD alignment and did not offer to even tell me if the alignment was off. I called Wilde about it and they checked everything for free and beat their price by $60. Nick Moderson-Kox was my service manager and was honest about everything we discussed. I never got that "I'm being screwed over" feeling like I've had at other dealerships in the past. Tim Kesterson was my service tech and did a really great job walking me through what he did, why he did it, and gave me honest options and opinions. It all felt very honest and open, and both Nick and Tim answered any question with great explanations. Service was quick, the facility was nice, and the price was right. I would absolutely recommend having your vehicle serviced at Wilde East Towne Honda! More
