I had my one year old I had a routine oil change performed at Wilde east towne Honda today, and it was one of the better experiences I can remember. I had my one year old with me and Tom Ross went out of his way to help make the experience easier for me than I expected it would be. He was both very cordial and considerate. Tom brought the paperwork into the waiting room for me so that I didn't have to wait in the garage holding my son while juggling paperwork. He also helped me with another non related item that he easily could have deferred to a separate service mechanic. I was empressed and plan on being a replete customer. Thank you Mr Tom Ross More

Incredible Long-Distance Purchase Transaction!!! AAA+++ I called Kyle Vyse at Wilde East Towne Honda to inquire about a Honda Odyssey, after calling about 6 other dealers in 5 states over the past few month I called Kyle Vyse at Wilde East Towne Honda to inquire about a Honda Odyssey, after calling about 6 other dealers in 5 states over the past few months. I told Kyle about a very bad experience I had with a Florida Honda Dealer in October 2014. Kyle assured me that his dealership did not do business that way. The DealerRater and BBB reviews confirmed that Wilde East Towne Honda was a reputable dealership. When I called Kyle, I was initially inquiring as to whether a Certified Pre-Owned Honda Odyssey was in stock. He said that it wasn't but that he could offer me an incredible price on a brand-new Odyssey that was not too much higher than the CPO price. I asked him to put that offer in writing - and he did. But here is the tricky part - I live about 600 miles away from the Dealership. This distance, alone, almost killed the deal about half a dozen times. To Kyle's credit, he kept offering solutions to make the deal work. Very, very creative guy. We ended up agreeing to have him meet me at the airport. I did the finance paperwork in advance on the telephone, flew to the airport (Kyle was already there and waiting for me), I signed the papers, and was on my way back home in about 25 minutes. No hidden fees, no screw-ups. What a breath of fresh air after working with so many bad dealerships and salespersons. AMAZING SALES EXPERIENCE. Cheryl was so friendly and caring that it felt like I was reconnecting with a long lost friend. She got me in to the Service Dept right away, listened, researched, followed up, advised me and gave me frequent status updates regarding my auto repairs. I even got to drive a sporty little Honda Civic while they serviced my car. Every person I met at that dealership was GREAT, including the mechanic, Tim Kesterson, who came in on his own time to get my car finished just in time for me to leave town for my Mother-In-Laws funeral. I loved the clean, beautiful building (popcorn, candy, TV, shopping, and a BEAUTIFUL huge fish tank.) I would definitely recommend Wilde East Towne Honda very highly.
