He mentioned that he had seen my vehicle on Craigslist and he asked why I was selling it. We talked about what I was looking for in a new car. Based on my needs, Mike suggested a couple different vehicles. From there, I test drove a Honda CR-V and LOVED it! I came back on Monday and worked with Conor Kuhnau. When the CR-V did not work out, the finance team and Conor searched what vehicles on the lot would work out. I test drove a 2014 Honda Civic and Accord. After a tough decision, we decided that based on what I like/need in a vehicle, the Honda Accord was going to be the best fit. Seamlessly, we finished the process with Karen in the finance department. I did not get the "sale-sy" pressure because Conor listened to what I needed and confidently gave me suggestions. Conor is definitely a true asset at Wilde East Towne Honda because he is a real, genuine employee that listened to what I needed. I strongly recommend him and Mike based on my positive experience. They found a screw in my tire causing a slow leak. Nick gave me estimates on new tires, but he was also open to me checking around town for "the best deal." I liked that I wasn't pressured into purchasing from Honda. I had my grandson with me, and he would not have been good for another 45 min. (the time it would take to put the new tire on). Nick was happy to schedule me for the following day, allowing me to check other prices and to come back in the morning without my grandson. This also allowed me to tack on a Trident treatment for a coffee stain in my hatch area. I called around for tire prices, and Honda's estimate was totally in line with what I heard from the local tire shops. I came back the next AM at 8, and Nick got me in and out within an hour including cleaning my coffee stained mat. I was happy with the price and happy with Nick's wonderful customer service! More

Great Customer Service! We were on our way from Minneapolis to Chicago, when we decided to stop in Madison for lunch. While driving near the mall, a woman hit us. With two small kids in the car we were concerned about continuing our trip and needed to have our Pilot checked out. Louis H. and Cheryl B. were so great to make us a priority and get the car checked out. The car was out of alignment and they were able to get it corrected and get us back on the road in no time. Their hospitality was so kind, offering us snacks and drinks. A really great atmosphere and nice people, who provided wonderful customer service, which is why we keep coming back to Honda. We own two Hondas and will continue to buy Honda not only for the great cars, but for the excellent customer service. Both make a difference and that's why Honda has our loyalty.
