My husband and I came in to "just look" as we were thinking that the process would be too much for a weeknight. My car got totalled in a hit & run on New Year's Day. Since no dealerships were open, I spent that day shopping online. Wilde had the best match for what I was looking for. I didn't spend a lot of time there as I was in a bit of a hurry to get the deal finished. Jerry was very accommodating and professional in moving the process along. I had some questions about the service history, and when he couldn't provide the answers, he contacted the previous owner to find out when the timing belt had been changed. That being answered, the rest was just a test drive and paperwork. I'm not a big repeat buyer, so I can't say what the future holds, but my experience with Wilde was positive, and I would have no problems recommending them for other buyers. That being said, I have discovered a couple issues that may or may not have been with the car when I bought it, a chip in the windshield in the tinted area and a crack in the tail light. Jerry claims the dealership will split the repair cost within 30 days if something comes up. I will investigate my options, but something tells me that half of retail will still be more than what I could do on my own. But for a 10 year old used vehicle, I can't nor won't complain. In August of 2013 I went to Wilde East Towne Honda and leased a Honda Pilot. I previously before that had a Toyota Highlander. I loved my Pilot. I run an in home daycare with 4 small children. After our most recent field trip (January 2014) to the library. I unloaded my oldest two and went to get out the youngest, and I was unable to open the door wide enough to get her out of the vehicle (Pilot). I decided it was time to swallow my pride of not wanting to be a "soccer mom minivan driver" and go see Wilde again about the Odyssey. They were just as nice to me when I came in this time, as they were the first time I went in to get the Pilot. Phil took care of the upfront numbers for me and Don Sturkol throughly went over the ins and outs of the Odyssey which I was so pleased with. He didn't just leave it up to me to read a book and figure it out on my own :) I will be back to Wilde East Towne Honda for my next vehicle :) By the way I love the Odyssey I don't feel like a soccer mom because the vehicle is so sleek looking and has so many wonderful options!!! If you are looking for a vehicle with lots of room and a smooth ride I would highly recommend the Odyssey. More
