Couldn't Be More Happy I went to Wilde East Towne Honda to check out the 14 Si and see if I wanted to upgrade from my 13 Si.... Shae was the sales rep. that assisted me and I went to Wilde East Towne Honda to check out the 14 Si and see if I wanted to upgrade from my 13 Si.... Shae was the sales rep. that assisted me and showed me the 14 Si. I am an extremely hard person to please and absolutely hate dealing with sales people at a dealership. However, Shae was by far the best sales representative I have ever come in contact with. He listened to what I told him I wanted and at no point and time did he try and push me to buy or try and direct me in any other direction. He went out of his way for me more times than I can count during the process and delivered everything to me just as I had requested. I would not only recommend the dealership but I would Highly recommend anyone to go through Shae as again, I had nothing but an excellent experience and he went out of his way multiple times. Great Service, Cheryl is an excellent service advisor I took in my 99 honda crv to the service center first for diagnostics and then for some major repairs. I had issues with engine mounts,cv boots, oil p I took in my 99 honda crv to the service center first for diagnostics and then for some major repairs. I had issues with engine mounts,cv boots, oil pan gasket, and it was time to get the timing belt changed. After calling around Madison, I found that the service center had great prices, on par or lower than the competition, so I had the work done there, over several visits. Cheryl was my service advisor each time, and she was just great, super on top of it - extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about everything that was going on. She made sure I had a shuttle pick up/drop off when I needed one and she let me know what was happening with my vehicle in a very timely manner. She was never pushy with suggested repairs - and helped me figure out the priority order for the repairs that I staggered over a few visits. I usually entirely distrust dealership service centers - but wild east town honda is an exception. I will definitely come back here with any future issues. More

Purchase of my new Honda CR V I have bought a lot of cars in my 40 + years and this was the greatest experience I have had!!! Conor was awesome!
